This week Remote. No Pressure. Fly Fishing Podcast host Jeff Troutman talks with Brad Boone. Dr. Boon currently serves as the Medical Director for Vascular Surgical Services at Heart Hospital of Austin at St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Austin Chapter of HeartGift Foundation. Needless to say Brad has a pretty intense job. He found fly fishing when he was kid fishing ponds in Mississippi and has used it as a tool to help him manage stress and get plugged into a community. Aaron is also active with the Texas Streams Coalition. You can often find him on Brushy Creek in between rounds fishing with Brandon Bailles flies and Chris Barclay rods.
